Titleist Demo Day – Friday 15th November 12 – 4.30pm

The last Titleist demo day we had last month was so popular it was oversubscribed!!

We have been lucky enough to secure another fitting event in a few weeks. If you missed out last time or would like to book a slot now we would advise you do it now to avoid disappointment.

Tim Baker the master Titleist fitter will be utilising our Trackman 4 technology to ensure we get you the right products to enhance your game. The full range (including left handed!) of irons, hybrids, fairways and drivers will be here to trial and see if they can help enhance your game.

Jacks in the Desert

Our shining star Jacko Davidson is beating the winter blues this week playing in the EuroPro Tour Finals in Desert Springs in Spain.

Jack played his first of three rounds yesterday and shot -1 under and currently lies tied 24th. Jack teed off early doors today and we wish Jack all the best from the Pro Shop and all the members at Llanwern.

New grip November!

Did you know if you play once a week you should re-grip your clubs every 12 months? New grips can also help release tension in your grip pressure resulting in longer drives.

During November we will be running a re-grip deal to help get you ready for a winter’s golf and will be offering 10% discount!!

To qualify for this deal you just need 9 or more re-grips. Re-grips start from as little as £4 per club fitted.

All you need to do is drop your clubs into the pro shop and choose which grips you would like it’s as simple as that. All you pay for is the grips! We fit them for FREE and very often we can do them while you wait.

Rain, rain go away

In 2018, only January saw more rainfall in the UK than November. Not the happiest of stats to highlight, but one that indicates we'll be experiencing a few downpours in the coming weeks, making a waterproof and spacious bag vital to tackle the unpredictable British weather.

If you've ever been to a fancy dress party, we're sure you would have seen someone dressed as a golfer from the 19th century - plus fours, knee length socks and flat caps.

It does look great and certainly results in a few giggles, but today's golf clothing couldn't be further away as Under Armour's stylish pieces for this winter show.

Spotlight | Callaway JAWS MD5 Wedges

What we love most about Callaway is that each time a new product comes out, it performs better than the one it replaces in the range - something we certainly noticed in the latest Mack Daddy wedges.

Last time out they introduced Groove-In-Groove Technology, which is proven to produce more spin on your wedge shots. Now, they've combined this with a JAWS groove design for even more spin around the greens!
