PXG Demo Day - Thursday 11th July (10am-6pm)

We are super excited to announce that we have one of the most sought after golf brands in the world coming to Llanwern in a few weeks for a demo day.

We have recently opened an account with PXG and we can now supply you with some of the most premium clubs on the market. These clubs are not cheap but as PXG say ‘We wouldn’t bring clubs to the market unless we believed they are the absolute best’.

Scottie update

Lots of you have been coming into the shop lately asking where Scot is. Don’t panic, he has been off ill with the dreaded chicken pox. He is slowly on the mend and will be back at the club soon with his witty one liners and infectious smile… Get well soon Scottie boy x

Pro's Day - Saturday 20th July

It will soon be that time of year again for the biggest and funniest day of the year. Every year we keep on raising the bar and this year will be no different. Next week we will be announcing the format and open up for bookings.

Junior Family Fun Night - A great success

Last Friday we held a family fun night and it was a great success. Nearly 100 people attended an expertly organised event by our newly formed Junior committee. Chalky and his glamorous assistants pulled out all the stops to make sure everybody enjoyed themselves. I even got dragged up onto the dancefloor to show the youngsters how it’s done!

Well done to all the organisers and thank you to everybody that supported the night.

Club Charity Day - Saturday 29th June

Don’t forget to book your team in this year’s Ty Hafan Club Charity Day. Its only £80 a team and it is for a fantastic charity that the golf club have supported for a long time.

It would be great to see this year’s event really well supported by members. There is also a hog roast in the evening for only £10 a ticket.
